- Dividends, where applicable
Tax Returns and Information Filings
Fees may vary depending on the complexity of the file. Financial statements must be provided by the client or prepared by a third party.
Packages
This package includes :
- Business incorporation (Québec or federal)
- First corporate income tax returns (T2 + CO-17)
(Additional $400 for a federal incorporation)
Important Information
- Disbursements (government fees, registry fees, etc.) are billed separately, where applicable.
- Each mandate is subject to a clear and written services agreement.
- Administrative fees of 7% and all applicable taxes are added to the professional fees charged.
